        To confirm a private tour reservation, the advance payment of 50%<\/strong> of the total amount as a deposit.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        The reservation is not considered guaranteed until payment is received. Availability may change without prior notice if another client confirms beforehand.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        In case the payment of the deposit is delayed beyond 21 days, a penalty fee will be applied. 5% surcharge per week of delay<\/strong> on the total price of the tour<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

Otras Consideraciones Legales Las presentes condiciones est\u00e1n redactadas en cumplimiento con la legislaci\u00f3n vigente en materia de comercio electr\u00f3nico, contrataci\u00f3n de servicios tur\u00edsticos y defensa del consumidor, incluyendo lo establecido en la Ley 34\/2002 (LSSI-CE) y la Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios. En caso de discrepancia o conflicto, ambas partes se someten a la jurisdicci\u00f3n de los tribunales del domicilio del consumidor o, en su defecto, de la ciudad de Barcelona.
